Tanimura Clean Release Paper - Water-Repellent Dust-Free Paper (One Side) CP-REL

Dust-free release paper for clean rooms is a clean paper with a smooth surface that repels water and ink, preventing adhesive from sticking, and serves as scratch-resistant packaging paper.

General release paper (the backing of seal labels) generates a significant amount of paper dust when rubbed, torn, or crumpled. When used in applications where dust and particles must not be generated, such as in clean rooms, it is advisable to use dust-free release paper specifically designed for clean rooms instead of standard products. This product is made from clean paper (dust-free paper), so it generates very little dust even when torn or crumpled. One side is coated with silicone, preventing adhesives or glues from sticking, and it repels ink and liquids. The silicone provides good slip properties, allowing heavy items or products to be moved with light force when used as a base. Additionally, it has low friction, making it resistant to scratches and scuffs, which makes it ideal for wrapping delicate products. It can also be used as a simple water-repellent and waterproof sheet, making it a very clean paper product. It can be safely used within clean rooms.
